Full Stack Creative & Digital Marketing Expert

As a Full-Stack Creative & Digital Marketing Expert at Agriplast Tech India Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in building and managing visually stunning, fast, and responsive websites, crafting world-class graphics and marketing materials, and orchestrating end-to-end digital marketing campaigns. This is a role that values execution over fluff, where you will work directly with the Founder and lead all creative and digital efforts in-house. Your primary responsibilities will include website design and management, where you will create and maintain WordPress, Shopify, or custom-coded websites, develop various pages and forms, ensure mobile optimization, speed, responsiveness, and security, as well as conduct regular updates and bug fixing. Additionally, you will be responsible for graphic design tasks such as designing brand identity, brochures, social media posts, and product packaging, among others. You will also delve into digital marketing by planning and executing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns, managing social media accounts, writing and scheduling email campaigns, and monitoring performance through various analytics tools. To excel in this role, you must possess at least 3-6 years of hands-on experience, be proficient in tools like WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Ads, and SEO tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Understanding Indian and international audiences, fluency in English and Hindi, and the ability to work independently are crucial requirements. Additional skills in motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, or experience in agriculture, startups, or B2B marketing are considered a bonus.
