Full Stack Creative & Digital Marketing Expert

As a Full-Stack Creative & Digital Marketing Expert at Agriplast Tech India Pvt Ltd, your primary role will be to handle various creative and digital tasks in-house. You will work directly with the Founder and take charge of designing and managing websites, creating graphics for marketing materials, and running end-to-end digital marketing campaigns. This is an execution-first role with a focus on independence and direct impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Website Design & Management:** - Build and manage WordPress, Shopify, or custom-coded websites - Create landing pages, product pages, SEO blogs, and forms - Ensure mobile optimization, speed, responsiveness, and security - Regular updates and bug fixing - **Graphic Design:** - Design brand identity, brochures, catalogs, social media posts, product packaging - Create Reels thumbnails, banners, icons, ads, and trade show materials - Handle photo retouching, image compositing, and layout design - **Digital Marketing:** - Plan and run Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube campaigns - Manage Instagram, YouTube, Facebook accounts - Write and schedule email campaigns (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.) - Monitor performance via Google Analytics, Meta Insights, SEO tools **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of hands-on experience - Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, HTML/CSS (basic), Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools - Strong portfolio of websites and design work - Understanding of Indian and international audiences - Fluent in English and Hindi - Able to deliver independently without constant supervision **Bonus Skills:** - Motion graphics (After Effects or CapCut) - Video editing for Reels/Shorts - UI/UX or basic wireframing - Experience with agriculture, startups, or B2B marketing In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to lead creative direction, receive direct mentorship from the Managing Director, access premium tools and AI software, and contribute to building a global brand from India.
