Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Office Executive to manage email communication and handle data tasks using Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English, both written and verbal, and capable of maintaining clear and professional correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to email communications in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with accurate data
• Support other backend office operations as needed

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, formatting)
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a backend or administrative role is a plus, preferably in the recycling or manufacturing sector
