Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Backend Executive who will be responsible for managing our content creation, social media presence, and backend website operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Rajputi Poshak, storytelling skills, and basic technical knowledge to manage online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Content Creation:
• Record and edit videos of models wearing Rajputi Poshak.
• Create storytelling videos showcasing the heritage, culture, and making process of Rajputi Poshak.
• Coordinate photoshoots and ensure quality output for online use.
• Social Media Management:
• Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Respond to comments and messages to maintain customer engagement.
• Monitor analytics and share insights for improvement.
• Backend Website Management:
• Upload new products, descriptions, and images on the website.
• Ensure accurate inventory and category updates.
• Coordinate with developers for any website-related issues.
• Brand Storytelling & Product Knowledge:
• Possess basic knowledge of Rajputi Poshak – its types, embroidery styles, and cultural importance.
• Communicate this knowledge effectively through content and customer interaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field (preferred in Fashion, Media, or Marketing).
• Basic knowledge of video recording & editing (mobile editing tools acceptable).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Good communication skills (Basic English & Hindi).
• Knowledge of Rajputi Poshak will be an added advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
