About Us:

As part of our expanding sales and client engagement team, we are looking for a polite, proactive and well-spoken executive to handle lead qualification, client follow-ups and data management. We also encourage applications from Geotechnical Engineers with relevant qualifications to contribute to our project teams.

Position Overview:

Geotechnical Engineer (B.Tech or relevant degree)

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients via phone or email to understand requirements

• Follow up regularly to maintain client interest and develop mutual understanding

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and clarity

• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, quotations and meetings

• Maintain and update lead and client information in Excel or CRM software

• Generate weekly reports on lead performance and activity

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales or client coordination

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in Geotechnical Engineering is a plus

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

• Confident phone presence with a polite and professional tone

• Familiarity with Excel and basic CRM tools

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
