1. CRM Data Management & Maintenance
* Maintain and update all export-related customer, lead, and inquiry data in the CRM.
* Keep detailed records for leads, contacts, accounts, shipments, and follow-ups.
2. Export Process Coordination
* Manage CRM workflows specific to the export department — including lead tracking, order progress, and customer communication logs.
* Support export documentation and follow-up processes through CRM tracking.
* Ensure timely updates of shipment schedules, payments, and client feedback within the system.
3. Reporting & Insights
* Generate and share regular CRM renarts for exbort sales performance, customer engagement, and pipeline tracking.
* Provide actionable insights from CRM data to support management decisions.
4. System Administration & Optimization
* Oversee backend CRM settings to ensure smooth data flow and integration.
5. Cross-Department Coordination
* Ensure timely communication and data sharing across all export-related functions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
