The role demands familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, CloudWatch) and best practices in API security, rate limiting, and performance optimization. Experience with distributed teams, agile workflows, and a strong ownership mindset is preferred. Bonus points for integration experience with tools like Zendesk or chat/ticketing platforms.
