Contribute to the design and development of backend services and features Assist in building and maintaining scalable and reliable systems Participate in code reviews, discussions, and team problem-solving sessions Support deployment and release processes Work on improving application performance and reliability

Requirements: Education: B.Tech/B.E. (CSE/IT or related) graduating in 2025 & 2026 Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP) Familiarity with Golang programming language Basic knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and build scalable systems Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Bonus Points Exposure to backend projects or Golang (college, internship, or personal) Basic knowledge of cloud computing or microservices Participation in hackathons or open-source projects
