Job Overview
:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior backend Developer with strong hands-on expertise in backend development and working knowledge of frontend technologies. The ideal candidate must have minimum 1 year of experience in leading or mentoring a small development team and should be capable of driving end-to-end technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
:
Lead and mentor a small team of developers; provide technical guidance and code reviews.
Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality features.
Work with frontend stacks to ensure seamless integration between UI and backend.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve system performance.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decision-making.
Required Skills
:
Strong expertise in backend technologies (e.g., Node.js / Java / Python / Go specify based on your tech stack).
Good understanding of database systems (SQL / NoSQL).
Practical experience with frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue, etc.).
Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
Experience working with APIs, microservices, and cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP preferred).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
:
Experience in Agile development methodologies.
Prior exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Soft Skills
:
Ownership mindset, proactive approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team coordination, planning, and task delegation skills.
