Role & responsibilities Responsibilities • Develop and maintain backend logic for CRM features like contact management, activity tracking, and workflow automation. Design and implement database schemas optimized for CRM data (e.g., leads, opportunities, customer interactions). Build and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs for integration with frontend and third-party CRM tools (e.g., email platforms, marketing automation). • Ensure data security, integrity, and performance for high-volume CRM usage. Collaborate with the full stack and frontend developers to ensure seamless API integration. • Write clean, maintainable code and troubleshoot backend issues specific to CRM functionality. Skills • Backend development (Python, Java, Node.js) • Database design and optimization for CRM data • API development (REST, GraphQL) • CRM integration with third-party tools • Security practices (e.g., data encryption, OAuth) • Performance tuning for CRM systems
