Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in Python to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable APIs and backend services that power modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python

Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend integrations

Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams

Implement data storage solutions and database integrations

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python
Experience with backend frameworks such as Django or FastAPI
Good understanding of REST APIs and web services
Experience working with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
Knowledge of ORM tools
Familiarity with Git and version control systems
Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications
Experience with background task processing tools like Celery
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of system design and scalable architectures
