Backend Developer

Role Overview: You will be a Java Backend Developer in a team specializing in the IoT domain. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying scalable microservices using Spring Boot, SQL databases, and AWS services. You will guide the backend development team, implement DevOps best practices, and optimize cloud infrastructure for high-performance and secure services. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement high-performance backend services in Java (Spring Boot) - Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices focusing on scalability and reliability - Design and optimize SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) - Deploy applications on AWS using services like ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, and API Gateway - Implement CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc. - Monitor and optimize backend performance - Ensure best practices for security, authentication, and authorization using OAuth, JWT, and IAM roles - Collaborate with the team to maintain efficiency and quality standards Qualification Required: - Expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security), microservices architecture, API development - Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), ORM (JPA, Hibernate), DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) - Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, IAM, API Gateway, CloudWatch) - Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, MQTT), testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Integration Testing), and logging & monitoring tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana) - Preferred skills: Experience in the IoT domain, work experience in startups, event-driven architecture with Apache Kafka, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, exposure to serverless architectures Additional Company Details: The company offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, opportunities to lead and mentor a tech team, hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, and a collaborative work environment focused on innovation and excellence.,
