Key Responsibilities. Design & Development:Architect and develop scalable and high-performance backend systems using modern technologies and frameworks.. Code Quality:Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to uphold coding standards.. API Development:Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications and third-party services.. Database Management:Optimize and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.. System Integration:Work on integrating backend systems with various services and applications, ensuring seamless functionality and interoperability.. Troubleshooting & Debugging:Identify and resolve complex issues related to backend systems, performance bottlenecks, and system failures.. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.. Innovation:Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and propose improvements to existing systems and practices.. Qualifications. Experience:5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong portfolio of projects.. Technical Skills:Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, or similar.. Frameworks & Tools:Experience with frameworks and tools like Spring Boot, Django, Express.js, or similar.. Databases:In-depth knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).. API Design:Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.. Cloud Platforms:Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.. Version Control:Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.. Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.. Education.
