Position: Back Sales Support

Requirement: 3 candidates

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team and clients to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Understand client requirements, manage inventory, and deliver tailored proposals.
• Arrange and coordinate site visits for prospective clients.
• Handle negotiations and drive successful deal closures in coordination with field sales employees.
• Prepare and send quotations, with proactive and consistent follow-ups.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional after-sales support.
• Accurately maintain and regularly update customer data and records.
• Manage and track orders from initiation to delivery, coordinating between customers, sales executives, and the factory.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to drive repeat orders and build lasting relationships.
• Generate leads for products and projects through strategic use of online portals, social media platforms, and digital tools.
• Actively identify and develop new business opportunities.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques

Preferred Candidate:

• Female candidate preferred

Qualification:

MBA - Sales & Mkt, Bachelor's degree in marketing, BBA or any Relevant Field.

Salary Range:

20 000 - 30 000/- per month

Experience Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or a related role.
• Prior experience in lead generation, sales follow-ups, or CRM management is highly desirable.
• Experience in the Roofing industry, Insulation, Waterproofing, Roof eco ventilators, Paint industry, Floor coatings, and Construction will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
