Job Description – Accountant Location: Vadodara Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month Experience: 5–6 years Profile: Full Accounting Responsibilities About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the end-to-end accounting operations of our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial accounting, statutory compliance, audits, and reporting, with the ability to work independently and ensure accuracy in all financial matters. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations , bookkeeping, and general ledger. Handle finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements. Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other statutory compliances . Oversee payroll processing, salary disbursement, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.) . Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits . Manage accounts payable and receivable , reconciliations, and vendor payments. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. Maintain compliance with accounting standards, laws, and company policies . Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance . 5–6 years of proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Accounting software, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools . In-depth understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance requirements . Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
