We are looking for a Process Improvement professional to enhance Back Office operations by identifying inefficiencies, implementing automation, and improving process controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and improve Back Office processes to increase efficiency
  • Analyze workflows and time metrics through close collaboration with operators
  • Support automation initiatives and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
  • Update and maintain SOPs as per compliance and best practices
  • Conduct governance meetings and track process improvements
  • Promote a risk-based mindset and encourage early identification of issues
