Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dadra & Nagar Haveli for a Back Office Support Specialist - International Sales. The Specialist will be responsible for supporting plant operations and managing processes related to international sales. Daily tasks include overseeing operations, ensuring process control, conducting preventive maintenance, and supervising teams. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate with international clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plant Operations and Operations Management
• Supervisory Skills and the ability to oversee teams effectively
• Proficient in Preventive Maintenance and Process Control
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Dadra & Nagar Haveli
• Experience in international sales or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
