Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive sales growth of pharmaceutical products through effective relationship management with healthcare professionals and institutions

  • Achieve sales targets and expand product portfolio
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide product training and support to customers and internal stakeholders

Main Tasks:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management

Performance Expectations:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives
  • Expand product portfolio and increase market share
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and market understanding
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Pharmaceuticals
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in back-end sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry and market trends

  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills

Education:
