Job Description:

Vishal Foods is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist in order processing, customer coordination, and backend sales documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales team and clients for order updates
• Process sales orders and update system records accurately
• Maintain stock and sales transaction reports
• Follow up with clients for order confirmation and delivery updates
• Prepare daily MIS and assist in backend support for sales team
• Handle emails, calls, and basic customer service queries

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or back-office role
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, emails, and basic computer operations
• Strong communication in Hindi and basic English
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Experience in FMCG/food industry is an added advantage
