Back Office Operator

As a Data Entry Clerk at our company, your role will be crucial in collecting, organizing, and maintaining accurate data in various systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy for reporting and analysis. Your responsibilities will include performing data entry, updating databases, and handling administrative tasks such as paperwork, scheduling meetings, and managing communications. Additionally, you will support other departments with administrative tasks and manage office supplies and equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Collecting, organizing, and maintaining accurate data in various systems - Ensuring data integrity and accuracy for reporting and analysis - Performing data entry and updating databases - Handling paperwork, scheduling meetings, and managing communications - Supporting other departments with administrative tasks - Managing office supplies and equipment Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in data entry and database management - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Excellent organizational and time management skills In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be involved in Financial Operations by preparing financial reports and statements. You will provide Project Support by assisting with project planning, execution, and monitoring, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as food provided, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
