Job Title: Back Office Operator

About Us:
We manage multiple businesses across Media, Real Estate, Interiors, and Services. To support our operations, we are hiring a Back Office Operator to manage daily data, reports, and office documentation.

Job Description:
The Back Office Operator will handle clerical and administrative tasks including data entry, record management, client coordination, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company records and files.
  • Handle data entry, MS Excel reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist with billing, documentation, and office support.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
  • Respond to basic client queries through phone/email.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Typing speed & accuracy preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome).

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Work Type: Full-time, 6 days/week
Location: Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar
