Back Office Operations Rep-1

As a Tenant and Employment (T&E) Back Office Operations Representative at TransUnion, you will be responsible for completing email responses, reviewing identity verification documents, processing recommendation transactions, fulfilling consumer disclosures, and resolving consumer disputes. You will provide support to both customers and consumers using T&E services for rental housing and employment screenings. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a high level of knowledge on T&E products, services, and tools. - Demonstrate understanding of specific T&E business processes during back office operations. - Possess knowledge of U.S. credit/financial principles, the U.S. criminal justice system, and U.S. rental housing system concepts. - Adhere to established processes and procedures for various tasks including responding to emails, reviewing documents, completing transactions, and resolving disputes. - Collaborate with QA and team lead to enhance individual performance and deliver high-quality work to customers and consumers. - Perform assigned duties and responsibilities effectively. Qualifications Required: - 0-3 years of experience in operations or customer care/support roles. - Proficiency in Microsoft applications. - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual. - Ability to adapt to changes, manage time efficiently, and work well in a team environment. - Willingness to learn and adhere to company processes and procedures. - Flexibility to work both virtually and in-person at a TU office location for at least two days a week.
