We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 1-2 years of experience to join our team as a Back Office Operations Coordinator in the Medical Devices & Equipment industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Coordinate back office operations for smooth day-to-day activities.
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with medical devices and equipment is an added advantage.
