Job Brief
We are looking for a Back Office Executive with strong knowledge of Zoho Books to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end sales support, coordinate with internal teams, manage customer accounts, and ensure seamless order processing.
If you have 3–4 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service and are confident in using Zoho Books for invoicing, order management, and account handling, we’d love to hear from you!

✅ Mandatory knowledge of Zoho Books – invoicing, order management, and account reconciliation.
✅ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.✅ Team spirit & leadership qualities with ability to coordinate multiple departments.
✅ Excellent listening skills & a fast learner.
✅ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
✅ Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Customer Service.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
