Roles & Responsibilities : Responsible for business development and will be accountable to add new customers by understanding the needs and requirements. Achieve sales targets for Xerox machines, multifunctional printers, and managed print solutions. Generate new inquiries - Offer product details and prices, connect with Inside Sales Team/ Field sales executives / dealers / distributors. Coordinating complete sales activities within and outside the company. Offer service to existing customers and help grow their business. Coordinating with various departments within the company to ensure that the customer is best served. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Maintain documentation and communicate the same to Stakeholders by recording customer queries and details. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing performance, sales forecasts, and market insights. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience of 3–4 years of proven experience in sales of copiers, printers, or office automation products. Strong knowledge of copiers, printers, multifunction devices (MFDs), consumables, and related solutions. Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
