Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in B2B, institutional, or channel sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer networks, handling OEM/institutional clients, and supporting tender processes in the printing supplies/office automation sector.

Key Responsibilities: Channel Sales:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage dealers/distributors
  • Promote existing SKUs and support new product launches
  • Ensure order flow, timely collections, and dealer engagement

OEM & Institutional Sales:

  • Coordinate with OEM clients for bulk orders and custom requirements
  • Manage institutional deals, especially with banks and corporate clients
  • Build strong relationships with procurement teams

Government & Tender Sales:

  • Assist in tender preparation and submission (banks/co-ops/govt)
  • Follow up on leads, vendor registrations, and documentation

Client Coordination:

  • Draft and send quotations, follow-up emails, product specs
  • Maintain sales pipeline, client interaction logs, and MIS reports
  • Liaise with internal teams (operations, finance, etc.)

Market Intelligence:

  • Track competitor pricing, new products, and market trends
  • Gather client feedback and share with product/strategy team

Candidate Profile – Must-Have:

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B/channel/institutional sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with banks, OEMs, or procurement teams
  • Comfortable with field visits/travel as needed
  • Self-driven, punctual, and goal-focused

Good to Have:

  • Experience in printing supplies, office automation, or electronics
  • Familiarity with government/vendor registration processes
  • Basic Excel/reporting proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
