Training and Development: Skill Development: HR designs and delivers training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, keeping the workforce current with industry standards and technology. Compliance: HR ensures employees are compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards. 4. Compensation and Benefits: Salary Structure: HR develops and manages salary structures, ensuring fair compensation for all employees.
