As a Back Office Executive (US Voice Process) in Kochi, Ernakulam, you will be responsible for outbound calling to US Customers during late evening to early morning hours, between 5:30 PM and 6:30 AM. This role involves speaking to customers in the United States, requiring excellent English communication skills, a neutral accent, and tele-calling skills. There is no specific educational qualification requirement for this position, making it open to candidates with any educational background.
