As we continue to grow, we are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support our operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Job Summary The Office Assistant will support daily office operations, assist in documentation, handle client coordination, and occasionally help with on-ground tasks such as document collection or courier drop-offs. This hybrid role involves both in-office administrative work and light field duties , especially in support of Torivo’s travel services. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing travel documents (flight tickets, visa forms, itineraries, etc.) Coordinate with clients for document collection, submissions, and follow-ups Support visa applications by managing checklists, photocopies, and submissions Handle walk-in and phone inquiries in a professional manner Manage petty cash records and office supplies Assist with currency exchange documentation and basic admin for forex services Help coordinate corporate travel logistics when needed Perform on-ground tasks like bank visits, document delivery/pickup, and vendor coordination Maintain filing systems and basic data entry in spreadsheets or CRM Ensure general office upkeep and organization Requirements 12th pass or Bachelor's degree in any discipline 0–2 years of experience in an office/admin assistant role (freshers welcome) Basic knowledge of travel processes (flight, visa, forex) is a plus Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle light fieldwork and multitask Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, printing, scanning, etc.) Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented What We Offer Hybrid role – primarily office-based with occasional field tasks Petrol reimbursement for official travel duties Opportunity to learn about travel industry services and client handling Supportive work culture and experienced team Growth potential into admin, operations, or customer support roles Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 25/05/2025
