Job Description

As the Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all day-to-day activities within the office. This includes recording all office data, maintaining databases, and ensuring proper documentation. In addition, you will handle customer complaints and escalate issues to stakeholders when necessary. Your role will also involve managing office equipment and supplies, as well as working on activities such as market research and processing research data as a backend executive. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, organizing staff meetings, and updating calendars accordingly. Furthermore, you will assist with inventory control by keeping track of stockpile and supplies. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a fresher with a Bachelor's degree. Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra. This role requires in-person work.,
