Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to handle administrative and operational tasks that support our front-end teams. The role involves data management, documentation, coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities: •
Manage and maintain company databases, records, and files. • Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence. • Assist in verifying, updating, and maintaining data accuracy. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow. • Handle email communication and follow-ups with clients/vendors as required. • Support HR, accounts, and operations teams with administrative tasks. • Maintain confidentiality of company information and sensitive data. • Perform other duties as assigned by the management. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred). • Proven experience in back office operations or a similar role is an advantage. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
