Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our service center operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks and coordinating with the technicians for smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update customer records and service logs in the system. Coordinate with technicians and service teams for job status and updates. Prepare daily reports on job cards, pending services. Handle calls related to service requests, complaints, and follow-ups. Track service history for customer products. Required Skills: Good knowledge of basic computer operations. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work with deadlines and multitask efficiently. Knowledge of CRM or service management software (preferred but not mandatory).
