Position: Back Office Executive
Location: Chandigarh
Gender: Male / Female
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours:*10:30 AM to 9:30 PM
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day administrative and operational processes. The ideal candidate should have strong command over MS Excel, especially VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, and be capable of managing data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurate data entry and maintenance of records
* Preparing reports and MIS using MS Excel
* Using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for data analysis
* Managing documentation and filing systems
* Coordinating with front office and operations team
* Handling emails and official correspondence
* Supporting accounts / HR / sales team with backend work
* Ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline
* Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Mandatory: VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
* Good typing speed and attention to detail
* Basic knowledge of MS Word & Email handling
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Good organizational and communication skills
Experience
* 1 – 3 years of experience in a back office or administrative role preferred
* Freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply
Additional Requirements
* Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh
* Punctual and disciplined with a professional attitude
