Back Office Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive with 0–2 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and ready to support our operations efficiently. We will provide the right training and mentorship to help you grow in your career.

Important: The interview for this role will be conducted in person at our office on Sep 4.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company information
• Respond to emails and follow up on routine tasks

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Prior internship or experience in administration/back office support
• Familiarity with data management tools or ERP software
• Basic understanding of business documentation and reporting
