Job Description: We are looking for a professional who can handle the complete documentation process and bid participation activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, drafting, and uploading all required documents, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, and assisting in end-to-end tender participation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and draft all documents required for GeM bids and tenders. Review tender requirements and ensure timely submission of bids. Maintain and update vendor registration and product/service listings on GeM. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and certifications. Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and documentation standards. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of GeM portal operations and bidding process. Excellent documentation and drafting skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling). Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Preference for candidates with experience in GeM documentation or government tendering). Experience: 1-2 years in GeM bid documentation or similar role preferred. Job Type: Full-time
