Role Description

This full-time, on-site Back Office Executive role is located in Kakori. The ideal candidate will manage daily back-office operations, coordinate office functions, and ensure seamless workflow. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, handling communications, supporting sales processes, and performing basic financial tasks. The Back Office Executive will work closely with internal teams to streamline tasks and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations to ensure smooth and efficient internal processes
Strong Communication skills to facilitate coordination across teams and departments
Experience or familiarity with Sales processes, including preparing reports and managing client data
Understanding of basic Finance tasks, such as managing invoices, budgeting, or financial reporting
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain organization with attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant office software tools and technology
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field is preferred
