Manage entire backend operations for assigned customers right from receiving order upto receiving payment from customer. CRM tasks such as order making, information sharing, data storing, payment follow up, etc.
The ideal candidate has experience in backend operations, proficiency in MS Excel and Tally ERP, strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and knowledge of sales and inventory processes.
