Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry and invoice processing
Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, and receipts
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes
Coordinate with internal departments for timely and accurate reporting
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
Handle petty cash and maintain expense records
Generate basic financial reports as required

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel
Familiarity with Tally or any accounting software is a plus
Good communication and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of accounting
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (not mandatory):

Internship or 6-month training experience in accounting
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and invoice handling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
