Back Office Executive

Job Title: Back Office Executive NBFC Operations Location: Egmore Job Type: Full-time Reporting: Mr. V.R. Govindarajan (AVP) Department: Operations Experience: 13 years (Freshers may also apply) Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our daily operations. The role involves handling data entry, compliance documentation, loan processing. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of financial documentation. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate records of loan applications, KYC documents, and client information. Perform data entry and data validation in company systems (e.g., CRM, core finance platforms). Ensure proper documentation for all related transactions. Coordinate with sales teams to process loan applications. Assist in the disbursal and collection tracking process. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of client and financial information. Respond to queries from internal teams regarding loan processing and customer documentation. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in MS Excel and other office applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of operations and finance workflows. Basic understanding of KYC. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive data responsibly. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Additional Language of Hindi ,Marathi and Kannada will be advantage and Preferred. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance. Prior experience in NBFC/FI back-office roles is an advantage.
