Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
Verify and input customer and policy data into internal systems.
Coordinate with front-office teams and underwriters for documentation and approvals.
Maintain and update policy records and client databases.
Handle email correspondence and follow-ups with clients and insurance partners.
Generate reports and assist in audits and compliance checks.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred).
1–3 years of experience in insurance or back-office operations.
Good knowledge of insurance products and processes (Life, Health, General).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with insurance software or CRM systems.
Knowledge of IRDAI regulations and compliance standards.
