Salary: ₹16,000 per month + Incentives up to ₹10,000/month
Work Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Week Offs)
Shift: Day Shift (Night Shift may be required in the future)

Job Summary:

We are hiring Back-End Process Executives who are detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills. This is a non-voice, back-office role involving data processing, documentation, and internal coordination. Ideal for candidates with at least 6 months of experience in back-end or BPO processes, though graduate freshers are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling data entry, documentation, and backend support processes.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of information in the internal systems.
• Coordinating with internal teams for process updates and resolutions.
• Performing quality checks and maintaining process compliance.
• Meeting daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:
• Minimum HSC (12th pass) with 6 months of experience in any back-end or BPO process.
• Graduate freshers are eligible to apply.
• Skills Required:
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Willingness to work in future night shifts if required.
