Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be efficient, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle data entry, record keeping, and file management.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, databases, and documentation.
  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
  • Respond to emails, calls, and follow up on pending work.
  • Support HR, Accounts, and Operations teams as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, etc.).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Prior experience in back office or admin work preferred.

Salary: 15,000/- To 17,000/-

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
