Job Description

As a Back Office Coordinator, your role involves accurately entering and managing data from various source documents into company databases, systems, and records. You will review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or deficiencies, and take corrective measures where needed. Ensuring high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all records is crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for regularly updating and maintaining internal databases, logs, and back-office systems. Cross-verifying data against original source materials to ensure validity is also part of your key responsibilities. When required, you will retrieve information and generate reports or summaries for management. It is essential to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive and internal information. Supporting other departments with accurate data and administrative assistance, as well as assisting in preparing documentation, MIS reports, and follow-up lists for internal operations, are also important tasks. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in a back-office, data entry, or administrative support role. - Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in data handling. - Ability to work independently and adhere to timelines and deadlines. - Good organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data management systems. - Must be a graduate from a recognized institution.
