As a Telecaller, your role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers and handling inbound customer inquiries to resolve issues. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of calls and customer interactions, as well as following up on leads. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective customers - Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues - Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions - Follow up on leads Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience of at least 6 months in a telecalling or customer service role preferred - Fluent in English - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure - Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills - At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience required Please note that this is a Full-time position with a Day shift schedule.
