Job Description

As a Telecaller at our company, your main responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to prospective customers. - Handling inbound customer inquiries and resolving issues. - Maintaining detailed records of calls and customer interactions. - Following up on leads. Qualifications required for this role: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience of at least 6 months in a telecalling or customer service role preferred. - Fluent in English. - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure. - Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. - At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience required. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the work location is in person.,
