Back Office Coordinator

URGNT HIRING (ONLY FEMALE)

We are looking for an Office Executive to support our Graphics Team. While this role does not involve hands-on graphic design work. It is well-suited for someone with a strong interest in the creative field and a creative mind-set. The position also involves managing and coordinating a team of 5 to 8 graphic designers.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong communication skills in English.

· A creative mind-set with a genuine interest in creative work.

· Excellent time management, leadership, and team coordination skills.

· Ability to take ownership of tasks, maintain consistent productivity, and ensure job satisfaction.

· Prior graphic design experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and actively participate in creative processes is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assign tasks to the graphics team based on project requirements.

· Ensure clear understanding of tasks through effective communication with designers.

· Act as a liaison between the graphics team and management.

· Monitor task progress and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.

· Maintain organized project files and design assets for easy accessibility.

· Gather feedback from management and communicate it to the graphics team to support continuous improvement.

o QUALIFICATION: Minimum Graduate.

o EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years

o AGE: Within 30 years

o WORK MODE: Work From Office (Candidates within a 1-hour travel distance will be preferred.)
