Back Office Executive (graphics team management)

We are seeking a Back Office Executive to support our graphics team with various assistance tasks. While this role does not involve graphic design work, it is ideal for someone with a strong and keen interest in design, and a creative mind-set.

Responsibilities:

· Assign tasks to the graphics team according to project requirements.

· Ensure designers clearly understand their tasks through effective communication.

· Serve as a liaison between the graphics team and management.

· Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion.

· Maintain organized project files and design assets for easy access.

· Collect feedback from management and relay it to the graphics team for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

· A strong interest in graphic design and creative work

· Good sense of color and design aesthetics

· Excellent communication and coordination skills

· No prior graphic design experience required, but a willingness to learn and participate in creative tasks is essential

· Need 1-2 years working experience

o Qualification: Minimum Graduate.

o Work Mode: Work From Office (Candidates within a 1-hour travel distance will be preferred.)
