The ideal candidate for this position should have previous work experience in Back Office, with a priority given to Back Office roles. Excellent organisational skills are essential for this role. It is important to have knowledge of computer operating systems, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Tally. We are looking for a male candidate with good communication skills. Female candidates will be considered with relevant experience, with preference given to married individuals. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in Back Office roles, with responsibilities in HR, Admin, and Accounting. Candidates with a permanent address in Indore or those who have been living in Indore for 2 to 4 years will be preferred for this position. This is a full-time, permanent role with day, evening, and morning shift options available. The ability to commute to M.G.ROAD, Indore - 452003, Madhya Pradesh is required. Candidates should either reliably commute to this location or be willing to relocate before starting work. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this position. The ideal candidate should have a total of 2 years of work experience. The work location for this role is in person.,
