Back Office Co-ordinator

N-TechShipCare is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

As a Back Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our administrative functions, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining seamless communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help our team leaders to drive swift operations.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate databases on demand.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations
• Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and other business correspondence.
• Monitor and respond to emails and phone inquiries professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards.
• Support logistics and scheduling tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have basic knowledge of computers and the internet.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience in administrative or back-office roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Female preffered
