We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support the smooth functioning of our internal operations The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain records, support data management processes, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely execution of business operations Key Responsibilities:Perform data entry and manage accurate records in databases and systems Handle documentation and file management (digital and physical) Support finance, HR, and operations teams with backend tasks Prepare reports, summaries, and internal communications as required Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data Coordinate with front-office staff to ensure smooth workflow Respond to internal inquiries and resolve issues as needed Assist with process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Strong computer skills MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), data entry tools Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
